These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the mobile application ClearDay (hereinafter "the Application"), published by Mathis Le Berrigaud (hereinafter "the Publisher").
By downloading and using the Application, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms.
ClearDay is a mobile sobriety support application. It allows users to:
The Application is available as a free version and a Premium version (subscription).
The Application is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. In cases of severe addiction or distress, users are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional or contact appropriate support services.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of the Application in place of appropriate medical care.
The Application is available on compatible iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. The user is responsible for ensuring their device meets the Application's technical requirements.
No account creation is required. The Application works entirely offline.
Certain advanced features are reserved for Premium subscribers (additional visual themes, tracking multiple addictions, unlimited reward goals).
Subscriptions are offered through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google), depending on the user's platform. The price, duration, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, directly through the App Store or Play Store account settings.
Any refund request is subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies, depending on the purchase platform. The Publisher does not process refunds directly.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Application and all its components (source code, graphics, text, logo) are the exclusive property of Mathis Le Berrigaud and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the Application functions correctly but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, the user will be notified via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
